Ive wanting to get an ice maker to use when have company over because my refrigerator ice maker doesnt product ice quickly. This ice maker is just what I needed. It so easy to use add water and turn on and within about five minutes you got ice. Its very compact so i can easily put away when not in use. there are couple options for ice size but not really sure why that matters. Overall happy with this item and works as expected.

Perfect counter top nugget ice maker. It make really good ice and I didn’t have any issues getting it setup. It was very well packaged and makes a great addition to any kitchen. The stainless steel finish also looks really good. Would definitely recommend.

idk about yall but i love the chick fila ice and that's the main reason why i bought this. this machine is actually very easy to use, just press the button and it starts and theres even a self cleaning feature. the machine isn't too big so it fits on my counter. def worth the price tbh and it works good.

The SenCre Nugget Ice Maker 40lbs/Day Countertop Ice Maker definitely nails one very important thing: the ice itself. If you’re a fan of that soft, chewable “Sonic-style” nugget ice, this machine delivers the goods. The ice is soft, easy to chew, and perfect for drinks… or for sneaking a handful straight out of the basket when nobody’s looking. 😄 Ice production speed is perfectly acceptable. It keeps up just fine for a household of two, and we never really ran out during normal use. The noise level is also reasonable — not whisper quiet, but definitely not loud enough to be annoying. It just blends into the normal background noise of a kitchen. The machine itself feels fairly sturdy, and I really like the top-opening lid. It enables access the interior from above for cleaning and filling and see what’s going on inside. It's not very convenient for getting ice though, the ice is too far down. The ice scoop is actually better than most, which is a nice surprise. Instead of being shovel-like, it's more like a giant spoon, which makes scooping easier. Unfortunately… the basket and condensation design are a fire-dumpster disaster! The basket sits inside the machine and stays wet from running water, so when you pull it out to get ice it drips water everywhere. Then there’s heavy condensation around the basket handle area that runs down the outside of the ice maker as it runs. This is apparently why the machine comes with a drip tray — not because it’s convenient, but because it needs one to catch the water mess. To make matters worse, the basket has a separate outer piece that is glued on in an attempt to provide insulation. The problem is that condensation collects between those two pieces of plastic, and because they’re glued shut you can’t separate or clean it. That’s a design decision that makes absolutely no sense. So while I genuinely like the ice, the reasonable noise level, and the sturdy feel of the unit, the watery mess on the counter is a deal breaker. For me, dripping water everywhere every time you grab ice just isn’t worth it. Sadly, this one is going back.
