The end table on my side of the couch is in the middle of the room and not near any outlets. I was looking for something long enough to reach and attach to my end table, and this power strip works perfect. The only con is the adhesive on the mounting velcro it came with isn't very strong and fell off the side of my table.

If you've ever encountered a 13 year old girl, you must know they're notoriously hard to impress. This did the trick though. Lots of plugs & ports, enough for pretty much all her electronics. The way the cord and the wall plug are is really great too.
