No directions? Who cares it’s self explanatory. Look at the images and install. Easy peasy. I’m a retired dealership tech who has used every style lift there is owner the years. And usually the most expensive Rotary lifts. This lift is NOT that quality! However it is big and heavy duty and lifts a 2020 2500HD Silverado with ease. Also lifts my ATV. Perfect all around lift. Just pay attention when installing and you’ll be fine. Both the hydraulic cylinders were not in their lower seat when I stood the posts up. Go slow and check everything! The bottom base plate is perfect spaced for column width and also helps keep them aligned during cable rigging and concrete anchor installation. If I had one complaint it would be the quality and design of the arms could be little better, but they work ok. I’m super happy and if I needed another lift I’d order same one again.

Very happy with the purchase. Once we got the electrical figured out and watched enough videos we figured out how to install the lift. The shipment doesn’t come with instructions but we watched the video on the product page for a good idea. And other videos for best practices and proper installation methods. It works great and we use it on the daily for our projects. It picks up our 3/4 ton no problem (truck was around 5-6k lbs) and the lift picks it up as easily as our light equinox.

Highly recommend for those new mechanic businesses out there. You will have to anchor it to a concrete floor about 6 inches. Following what is recommended, after that no issues. Price is affordable, delivery and pick up. Make sure you have a trailer and a few strong men to help you load.

Looks well made. Heavy enough to seem strong enough. It has not been assembled yet as we are waiting on a friend who is going to assist. My rating is strictly on appearance..... unfortunately it sustained several scraped and gouges during shipping. We guess that is to be expected when it travels that far.

After installing the lift we discovered that a bushing had not been installed from the factory in one of the chain rollers. This resulted in a lot of slop in the roller. Contacted the seller and they said they would send a replacement part immediately However I have yet to receive it. Ended up having to pay a machine shop to make the missing part since I rely on this lift for my business. Reassembled and fixed that issue. Next time I used the lift the lift lock release cable fell out in my hand. The end of the cable had not been completely crimped from the factory. This left my customers vehicle stuck on the lift. I understand it’s a cheap lift but as a small business trying to start out I was hoping this would get me by in the short term. Didn’t expect it to break twice immediately.

INSTALLATION WAS SIMPLE FOR ME, DID IT ALONE. AFTER INSTALLATION FIRST THING I LIFTED WAS A 3/4 TON TRUCK, 10,.000 LBS PLUS, WORKED JUST FINE. WES TIRED LAYING DOWN TO WORK ON A CAR/TRUCK. HAD A PROBLEM AT FIRST, WOULD NOT LIFT 3/4 TON TRUCK, CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY WALKED ME RIGHT THROUGH TO ADJUST THE PUMP PRESSURE AND IT LIFTED THE TRUCK. I WOULD RECCOMMEND, THE BANG FOR THE BUCK.
