The headphones are working out of the box for sound. The padding is nice around the ears and cups them well. These headphones are comfortable although a little heavy. I have been happy with them so far. I did not give 5 starts because of the following reasons: - The blue light around both earpieces and mic, does not light up. I personally do not see this when playing. However, the feature is touted and it does not work when playing nor any other mode. I do use these for PS4 and plug it directly into my controller. If it is not intended to work the way, I don’t know why it is advertised as such. Not a deal breaker. - The cord that plugs into the controller is really bulky. The length is great, but the extra pieces attached permanently are kinda annoying and big. I did not see these attachments when I bought it. Only after opening the box did I realize the cord had extra stuff. ... show more

I bought this headset based on the reviews for my grandson whose birthday is in May he's eight he hasn't been able to visit us until now it's been sitting in a box waiting for him he tried it for the very first time the microphone doesn't work went through all the steps microphone doesn't work and there's nothing I can do I can't send it back I can't get a replacement needless to say he's upset because all he wanted to do was play on the PlayStation and talk to his cousins oh well better luck next ... show more

Please don’t buy this product ,first I ordered the two pack and only got one pair second the pair that did come was defected ,the static terrible and the right ear phone cuts on and off after having to mess with it to get it to stay on quality to me also trash extra big and bulky …terrible terrible product!!!🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️…😊 Only thing that was good and fast was customer service and my refund with no hassle got it the next morning!!!!Thanks ... show more

Good for the price but not great. It works but it’s squeaky when you turn your head, if you have sensory issues like me, I would not recommend. It’s also a little stiff. The speakers and microphone work fine so far.
