As seen in the reviews it is a pain to assemble but worth it in the end. Happy with the quality and overall look. Tip get a plastic thimble to help with the little metal hooks you have to crimp by hand two for each crystal plate.

I had been looking for the perfect chandelier and I found it! The price was reasonable. Please be aware you will have to assemble every piece of crystal onto the fixture. Once you get past that I had an electrician to come and hang the light after the crystals was assembled. I absolutely love this chandelier for my entryway! ... show more

It’s a gorgeous light we absolutely love it! We hung the crystals on it using the gloves they supplied. It was chandelier was fairly easy to put together, the crystals took a little time to hang but well worth it! It came in a cardboard box and packaged very well with protective packaging. This is a gorgeous light fixture, but don’t be fooled by her looks. She was quite a challenge to install. The instructions were not very good. It’s a good thing my husband is extremely handy because he knew what they left out I places where the instructions didn’t make things clear. The design makes it a little bit unwieldy to hoist. It took easily three or four hours just to do the electrical and drilling. Once that was done, I came back behind him and had to attach 156 crystals!!! to the frame by hand. They give you very flimsy white gloves so that you don’t mark up the crystals with fingerprints, but the gloves are terrible. They constantly snag on the metal attaching prongs and make it very difficult to get a firm grip on the pieces. Therefore, I suggest you go to your local Walgreens or CVS and buy yourself a pair of white cotton gloves, or get vinyl ones. I recommend attaching the crystals on the inner rim first and then attaching the outer rim after. As you are attaching the crystals, put on a podcast and set it to autoplay while you work as attaching the crystals took approximately 6 to 8 hours over a span of three days. I finally figured out a layout and process that helped me work more efficiently you will too through trial and error. (I put the attaching prongs in a small bowl, the crystals in a bigger bowl, and I kept a set of tweezers nearby whenever I got to a tricky spot where the crystal attaches near the joints on the fixture. All in all, the result was spectacular. However, I don’t think I would’ve picked this item had I known that the crystals were not already attached. I think the manufacturer should upload a detailed installation video on Amazon or YouTube so DIYers know what they are signing up for. ... show more
