In my late 60's I had Rotator Cuff and debridement surgery 5 plus years ago and was told I would be able to play tennis, ride a bike and be able to sleep on the surgery side. After dozens of physical therpy sessions those 3 improvements never happened. Could barely wash my hair in he shower or reach above my head. Took a product with simular ingrediants to at least control the pain. Then saw a advertisement for Heal N Soothe and ordered which is the best decision ever made. After a few moths I could raise my arms above my head to reach and do things I would have to ask for help for years. Plus rarely any pain and great for other inflamations in back and joints. No side effects like other over the counter pain medications. Works best on an empty stomach and 8 oz of water. Just try it!

I've read a lot of reviews on this product some negative some positive. I'm only on the first week of this product. What I have noticed both my knees my lower back is less pain but remember this is only the first week. I will continue according to the directions. At the end of the month I'll write another review. Second review. You have to be patient! Im on the 3 capsules 2 times a day 6-10 days. ive noticed a significant relief in my joints. I am a Officer, so i have to take care of myself. i attempt to eat properly etc. exercise etc....I follow Heal n Soothe as directed. I also, drink a table spoon Olive oil every day along with my vitamins. im on no medications!

Last week I took all the pills #90 in the bottle. I took 3 a day, the suggested use, and 2-3 days, 4 when I felt the most pain. According on the instructions on the brochure it recommends a higher number of pills beginning with 4 then 3 and a maintenance dose. I cannot say I noticed any particular improvement on my knee pain or on the hip pain I experienced afterwards. I'm not blaming, of course, my hip pain on the pills, but it happened while I was taking them. Maybe taking more pills overtime would have worked, but not with the pills on that bottle. This is a product I'd love to get my money back on as I did not feel any significant improvement as advertised!!!

I signed up for the "free" bottle ($9.95 shipping and handling) from the manufacturer - which automatically enrolls you in their auto-ship subscription service. I also ordered a bottle here. I finished the first, about 3/4 through the second, and received my third as part of my subscription. There has been no improvement in my low back pain. In fact I've had a few really bad days since I've been taking them - not implying they caused it, just that they haven't done anything to make it better. I have also experienced heartburn and extreme gastrointestinal cramping after taking the pills. Others have mentioned to take them with plenty of water and don't lie down afterwards, at least for 30-45 minutes. I've found that I still get the heartburn even if I don't lie down. The pills are very expensive, especially given the number you are instructed to take daily. And, while this doesn't apply directly to Amazon purchases, I will say that the company and marketing seems very 'scammy'. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be bombarded by marketing emails full of up-sells and "but wait, there's more" offers. Completely diminishes any credibility you might have thought the company had. Ugh! I gave it 2 stars because apparently it does help some people who can tolerate the side effects and over the top marketing. The only way these could possibly help my back pain is by making my wallet lighter. Very disappointed. Yet another pain relief dead-end. EDIT: I canceled my subscription, and initially thought I'd be stuck with the unused pills. But after contacting the company and telling them about my experience and the side effects I had, they gave me a refund on the 3rd auto-shipped bottle.
