I cannot stand fruit punch flavored stuff. I’m glad I didn’t see the flavor or I may not have bought this. But the flavor is very pleasant. Easy to take. I am extremely anemic and I have struggled taking iron pills as have my daughters. They make my daughters and I very sick to the stomach. This iron is very easy on the stomach for all three of us. I had been using another brand of liquid iron, but thought I'd give this one a try since it was less pricey. Mistake. It seems to work okay, but for me, the taste was really bad. I mix it with water and Crystal Lite flavour but I still have to choke it down each day. Will buy my other brand from now on! ... show more

    • Works like a charm and works extremely fast! Best iron supplement and does not constipate!
Now products are the very best! Liquid Supplements work the best and get into your body so much more quickly and effectively than those in pill form. The absorption rate is much more effective especially if you already have digestive issues or other health issues and if you're taking iron, that's most likely the case. This brought up my iron in less than 3 weeks so I was so very grateful! My MD was impressed as well so while the taste isn't great don't allow that to stop you since you can just mix it into a small glass of juice!
