The media could not be loaded. Received first bottle the pills were slimy request a new bottle and these pills were worse. Has a pill burst or does it comes this way? Both bottles sealed . Dumped the first one out into a new container to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me and they weren’t. Some pills glued together . Feel weird taking them because I’m not sure why they are coated in something slimy. Maybe this is how they come but it should say that on the bottle.

I take responsibility for not fully researching the entire supplement but historically Now is a brand I trust. It’s really hard to sometimes find just the ingredient you want without other supplements. This is a perfect example. The rhodiola extract is problematic for people with autoimmune diseases. There's lots of 7-KETO supplements out there from many different brands but this was the only one I could find that had the same ingredients my first bottle had that I purchased at my doctor's office. Her purchase was a bit expensive, I must say but this NOW product is less so than hers - not by much, but still less. Once my doctor's supplements ran out, I went and bought one on Vitacost. It didn't have all the ingredients my doctor's supplements had - just the 7-KETO, nothing else - and I noticed my energy level was not as elevated as it had been on my doctor's supplements, supplements that I have to say, I felt a marked difference in myself. So much more energy. Didn't lag or crash in the middle of the day like most do, No need for a nap. Even the pills looked different. Her pills were big and dark colored. The pills without the extra ingredients were the size of a D-3 supplement. Quite small. So I went looking for a bottle of 7-KETO with those added supplements, which I have to say most 7-KETO supplements DO NOT carry and because I didn't have the same level of energy, I have to attribute those added ingredients as to the reason my energy level was kicked up a notch. So I would highly recommend those people taking 7-KETO to look for those carrying these extra ingredients: 400 mg. Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) (from Safflower oil); 75 mg of Green Tea Extract; 15 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine; 10 mg Rhodiola Extract. Not all 7-KETOs are made the same. That has been my experience.

I began taking the 100mg 2x daily about 4 weeks ago. Initially, the boost of energy and the decrease in appetite and sugar cravings was AMAZING!!!! After about 1 week, started to notice more breakouts forming on face and back, but I figured it was worth the trade off. About 2 weeks into the regimin, started to notice I waas feeling claustrophobic in certain situations... this is totally NOT me, but again, I wrote it off, attributing it to getting older ( I'm 47). then a couple of days later, had a full blown panic attack... huh? I've never had a panic attack in my life, so I had to google it to make sure that was exactly what it was. Sure enough. By this time, I'm starting to wonder if it's the 7-keto since that is the only thing I have changed in my daily regimin in months. After two more terrifying panic attacks that same week, I finally realize that it must be the 7 keto, so I stop taking it. It took about 1 day for it to begin to clear my system and I started to feel less anxious and as of 5 days not taking it I feel almost back to normal, and no anxiety or panic since I stopped taking it. I'm sad about this side effect because I really LOVED the other benefits of it. I plan to stay off of it for the next 15 days, then re introduce it at a smaller dosage (25-50mg) to see if I can get the benefits without the nasty side effects.

Standalone the side effects for me were apparent and immediate weight loss. just by taking it. i went cold turkey for a while to save it for when i plan to shed more pounds working out. you can feel this work. Ive ya know been down a bit. Im divorced, has a few bad relationships been in the mud so to speak dont feel like i have any drive sometimes at all. This makes me feel alive more. it really picks me up. I dont know why or the exact science begind 7 keto. i will say what i have experienced. The dose i take is 100 in the morning one before sleep. This can however make you feel restless. therefor i suggest not taking it before sleep if you need a good rest. If you are down in the mud and dont wish to take dhea this can lift you up. if found alone it has improved the quality of my erections as a man even though i thought this had nothing to do with that. it does. makes me feel like i did when i was 18. its fun and scary. Both physically and mentally enjoy! I plan on using this alongside dhea 100 mgs. for weightloss. But id say this product is powerful enough standalone with some caffine from a drink. to make you lose weight and feel active. I hope this helps someone.
