I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky. Works and should be used in combination wirh other supplements as reccomended such as forskilin and others. As always, this is not a miracle pill that will make you drop weight or inches. It will however get your system balanced so when taken with othets and a balanced diet and excercise program, you will feel great, see a difference over time. I have been on it for about 4 weeks along with forskilin. I excercise and do a work out routine that is not agressive each day for about a 1,5 hours. I am more conscious of what i eat, when i eat, and feel great. I have more energy, stamina, and see results already in fat loss and lean muscle. No problem with product but the site wouldn't allow me to leave details about problems with delivery. I live in a secure building with delivery instructions for call box usage and where to leave packages posted on the door (packages are to be left in hallway outside the destination apt, NOT outside the bldg). A package for a different apt WAS left outside my apt in the hallway, but mine was left outside the bldg where it would likely have been stolen had I not been home. ... show more

    • Works -- But you must dose with body weight in mind

I find that NOW 7-keto DHEA works very well for appetite suppression, and increasing energy while experiencing calorie restriction (intermittent fasting). I've seen people comment that they thought this didn't work, or that they didn't know if it actually worked. You must dose this, like MOST supplements with body weight in mind (higher body weight requires a greater dose) -- and keep in mind that your body does not store this. We have seen much greater absorption putting the contents of the capsule under the tongue for some time before swallowing what residue is left (there is practically no taste). This has dramatically increased energy production (increases thermal expenditure), reduced cortisol production (helping tot preserve muscle mass), and has an appetite suppressive effect, even with 16 hour intermittent fasting. The price, though better than many others is still disappointing. This chemical (7-keto DHEA acetate) should not cost this much. ... show more

At first, I didn't really notice a difference when I started taking these, of course, I was only taking 1 per day. When I started taking 2 per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, I started to really feel the effects. I usually run very cold, even in the summer, especially when I am dieting. After taking these, I felt hot...like really hot, all the time. I personally liked feeling warm for a change and it was nice to know that the 7-keto was actually working. When I take one in the morning, I notice less appetite throughout the day and I feel more energetic. I know there are some naysayers out there, but for people who are obese (like myself), this item will most likely work for you. Now, if you don't like being sweaty and hot flashy all day, you probably want to steer clear of this supplement. I have noticed weight loss, but I take these supplements in combination with diet and exercise. ... show more

I liked the product. It gave me energy everything has been great. I felt wonderful. Then I had my blood work done. And Saw my doctor who said I was THC sensitive meaning my thyroid had decreased functioning. She looked at my supplements and asked me to stop taking this Now product. I did stop three months ago. I was Very sad to stop. I have lost my energy. This past week my blood work was retested after 3 months of not taking now and it came back THC thyroid is working and normal.
