Decent product. I take it because my achy knees feel better on higher levels vitamin c. Not much to say otherwise- been using this brand alternating with another brand. At least it doesn’t give me headaches like another brand I had tried!

These are good since they are in a capsule form and I am able to get them down much easier that the regular tablets. I've had no side effects.

High quality vitamin C. Capsules aren't larger than they need to be so they are easy to take. There's little of the ascorbic acid taste that comes through. No side effects, no sticky pills.
