Since adding Now Foods Supplement's L-Carnitine to my morning vitamin and supplements arsenal, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels. So much so that I’ve eliminated my second cup of morning coffee. If I skip taking it for whatever reason, I notice that I have a little less pep in my step that day. I’ve been taking supplements for 2.5 months (a little over 10 weeks) after getting horrible news of my very high cholesterol. A small change in my diet to limit red meat to once every other week, eating only lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish), increasing fiber, and supplementing as seen below massively lowered my cholesterol.
