I used it to burn fat and it works. I highly recommend it. This is not permission to go crazy eating fatty foods. To be effective you must work on burning the fat your body is storing. Be patient. After 4 months taking three tablets per day I was able to drastically lower my pulse from mid 70’s to high 50’s resting and increased my saturated oxygen level from 92% to 95%. It doesn't work. You're better off ordering L-Citrulline which your body turns to L-Arginine for better absorption. I wouldn't recommend this supplement.

I exercise regularly, but over time I felt tightness in my chest which my cardiologist said was "Stable Angina." Losing weight was harder because of this condition. However, I heard that L-Arginine opens up blood flow helping with stable angina. This appears to be true as I have been using it for the past 30 days. I was doing a 30 minute HIIT routine and struggling. I am now doing an 1 hour long HIIT with very little apparent Stable Angina.
