The assembly was pretty great! The screws came in a bunch of little plastic containers that has paper glued to the back (think of your average razor pack) and they are all labeled with their corresponding number/letter with the instructions. I did it myself and it took me about 2-2.5 hours. What held me up was getting everything on top secured, I’m not 5’. The screws to hold up the top poles seemed like they didn’t fit, I included pictures. But the overall sturdiness of the bed itself is fine. It’s the posts that move with ease. I wasn’t expecting much, I knew I wasn’t paying $500 for a bed, so I think it’s a pretty great find. ... show more

Works well, canopy I’d nice. Not fun to put together but not difficult either. Lots of parts. The golden color is matte and not a true gold, screws are silver. If this is going in a kids room, make sure they don’t hang on canopy, it will definitely break. All in all a fine purchase but would not get again. ... show more

Super easy to set up, I suggest having two people so it goes faster. It took my husband and I about 30 minutes together to do it. It’s pretty sturdy but light weight. This comes with extra hardware and good picture instructions which is very convenient! Highly suggest this product if your wanting a canopy bed. A lot of curtains on Amazon are for this size frame. The stickers on the canopy frame do not come off easy though. ... show more

This bed is so fun. It took my husband and I about an hour to put together. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only complaint ( and thus the 4 star overall rating) was this bed comes with bright silver screws. And the screws show in several places. It is very noticeable and distracting. After some work, I did find an almost identical color of spray paint…. So if you are getting this bed, buy this paint, and spray all your screws beforehand…. I painted mine with a brush afterward, spraying before would have been much easier. Rustoleum metallics Champagne bronze. Another thing, tons of the pieces had big obnoxious stickers… they were a pain to remove, but I found “rolling” the sticker off was the most efffective. Overall, love how the bed completed this room, and would buy it again, just wish it don’t have those couple hassles. ... show more

This was surprisingly easy to setup. I got nervous when I looked at how much stuff came in the box. Took me about 45 minutes. The box was really heavy so I ordered doorway delivery. Great product!

Love this canopy! I paid to have it assembled at delivery. The biggest thing that frustrated me when the bed arrived is the stickers. I read the reviews, so I had a heads up. But ugh why are there so many label stickers all over this bed and why are they so hard to get off? I will say that like other reviews I read, the bed does seem a bit dainty. The top bars seem sooo dainty. And the bed creaks and box spring (optional) slides around so much on the slats. I love the aesthetic of this bed and wouldn’t change my decision to buy it. But it’s definitely a get what you pay for kind of vibe ... show more
