I have been sleeping on this mattress for a little while and it has been a really solid upgrade. Right out of box, setup was easy, just unrolled it and let expand. It was pretty much ready within a day. One thing I noticed is the support. It feels firm enough to keep my back aligned but still has a soft, comfortable top layer so it doesn’t feel too stiff. I wake up with way less stiffness compared to my old mattress. The edge support is also way better than I expected. You can sit and lie near the edge without feeling like you are going to slide off. Temperature wise, it sleeps pretty cool. I don’t wake up overheated and the material feels breathable. Overall, I would say this is a great mattress for the price. It is comfortable, supportive and feels well made.

I’ve been using this mattress for a few days now, and the comfort level is honestly impressive. Initially I was little hestiant to order matress online but when I start using it, it changed my view point. its look look in first place, height and weight was perfect. The combination of coils and gel memory foam gives just the right balance, not too soft, not too firm. I’ve noticed significantly less motion transfer, less noisey , which really helps since I’m a light sleeper. The edge support is solid, making it feel sturdy even when sitting on the sides. Overall, it feels cool, supportive, and well worth the investment for better sleep.

I’m really happy with this mattress! It’s very comfortable and gives great support for my back. The cooling feature actually works — I don’t overheat at night anymore. I’ve been using this Novilla 12-inch queen hybrid mattress for a few weeks, and it’s been a great value for the price. It feels medium-firm, with a good balance of support from the coils and comfort from the gel memory foam. I sleep mostly on my back and side, and it’s been comfortable with decent pressure relief. Setup was easy, and any initial smell went away quickly. It also does a good job with motion isolation and sleeps fairly cool compared to my old mattress. Edge support is decent, though not as firm as higher-end options. Overall, a solid, comfortable mattress if you’re looking for something affordable.

Worst experience to make a deal with this item. When you buy a mattress, you hope to find a good one for peaceful sleep and comfort. So, you can only follow a description and a picture which offered to you. Then you place an order. I don’t complain about packaging, I don’t complain about delivery. It was excellent. I’m talking about a mattress itself. So, I got it , open the box, follow the instructions. Wait with excitement and anticipation 72 hours it to plump … just to realize later that the item not look alike. Then more disappointment comes, after you give a try to sleep on it. This is NOT medium firm and the coils too ‘springly’ that I bounce all night with every move, feels like a water bed. The description I red, says opposite, that your move going to be secured. I feel betrayed. I’m senior age lady and it is definitely not for me. And now I try to return this matress, but I can’t find any customer support from Amazon, neither company itself. I passed zillion links with stupid questions, but no success and this useless thing still in my bedroom and I sleep on my couch. In the past I had a gel mattress and I loved it. Now my bed size changed, so I go to my orders to ‘buy it again’ but, unfortunately, that company out of stock that particular matress for long time. That’s why I was foolish on the description by word ‘gel’ but it has a very tiny layer, not cover enough that perky metal. Maybe my story is help or prevent. And I share here only my personal experience with a bitter taste and frustration.
