I bought this product for my guest room. I had this mattress two month now. I wanted to wait a couple weeks before reviewing to give an honest review. After I researched a lot of other brand. This product was the one, I’m looking for. It was softer than I thought but it will be okay. It pretty heavy to lift up. Be careful after you unpack. For the money this is a perfect product, not expensive and reasonable. I bought the 10in queen. I slept on mine the first night and it just a little bit uncomfortable, quite plushy actually, but after couple days it was a totally different mattress. Can get in and out of bed and never wake me. Was perfect match with my bed frame I bought. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a king or queen on a budget. ... show more

I am delighted with my Novilla Queen Size Mattress! Purchased it to replace my 20 years old mattress. Feel the difference immediately. On the manual says that it needs three days to fully expand. It actually expanded remarkably fast in just 24 hours, showcasing its high-quality build (maybe also because the stocking time is short, so it takes less time than normal to recover). The materials used are good, no chemical smell at all. The pillow top is incredibly soft, providing a luxurious and comfortable surface to sleep on. The mattress is actually medium firm, boasts a 3-zoned ergonomic design catering to all sleeping positions. The cooling gel memory foam and bamboo charcoal foam layers deliver a refreshing and supportive sleep experience. The manufacture says that it may take 100 days before getting used to a new mattress, but our family fall in love with new mattress in just several nights sleeping on it. Glad I bought it! Came the day it said it was going to come. I don't know what I expected with a mattress in a box but I was pleasantly surprised it's just like a regular mattress. There is a smell coming straight from the box but it's not pungent and it fades. The firmness is nice. It's sturdy and has a small dip when you lay down. It doesn't hurt my back or my hips and shoulders. It's pretty heavy, and it inflated has soon as I ripped open the plastic. I’m so excited! I bought this mattress even though it was more expensive than the Amazon pick because it had better reviews. And after I bought it my dad ( who used to work for Ashley’s) told me I picked a really good one. That he had heard of this mattress company and that their mattresses were top line ones! So, my mom and I opened it up in our dining room for 72 hours and then today we turned my bedroom furniture around so I would have more floor room and a better flow in my room. It looks so nice in there. And then when we put my new mattress on my adjustable frame, we laid down and oh, oh, oh! It felt so GOOD! Nice and just the right amount of firmness! I bought it this form because my last mattress was plush and after 3 years of use it got ruined. So the last 5 years I’ve been sleeping on a bad mattress and I finally was able this year to save money to buy this one! So glad I did! It looks good with my bedroom furniture set! I purchased two of these mattresses - one for each of my spare bedrooms. For what it is, this mattress is very durable and comfortable. I prefer a softer mattress than this, but am very happy that, after 2 years of use, it hasn't broken down at all. My tenants have said this mattress is very comfortable. I finally moved into my new house and started using my new mattress. I am very happy, also very satisfied! It comes in a vacuum in a very compact bag and gets its full size very quickly. It's really good to blend the mattress, this is one of my favorites, it has the right support and sturdiness, it's more like a medium firm , just perfect for my side sleep practice, and the memory foam pad on top is exactly what I need to sleep soundly all night. ... show more

This bed is very firm. After sleeping on it for 2 weeks (as a side sleeper) I have developed back and shoulder pain. Might work for a heavier set person, but if you are under 150lbs this bed is like sleeping on a table.
