After reading the not so good reviews I still decided to try this mattress. The mattress is delivered on time and without any issues, especially during the holidays. It shipped with a box . Easy to set up, when out of the box and plastic, it almost immediately fluffed to almost full size , the mattress is comfortable and firm . We have only used it for a couple days so far, but our sleeping has improved. I bought a King Size mattress and I’m satisfied. It’s spacious, comfortable, provides good back support, and doesn’t overheat. Movements from the other person are barely noticeable. Downsides: it’s heavy and takes up a lot of space. The price is high, but the quality makes it worth it

I read the reviews and saw good reviews, so I ordered it. I am SO DISAPPOINTED AND RETURNING this mattress. It's soft and you can feel the springs through the sides. When lying on it you can feel yourself sink, and 2 people will roll into each other.

This is media firm.I bought the king size,for me,it is moderately soft and hard. Even if the mattress is large, it does not feel concave in the middle. It doesn't have any odor as well. I have slept on it for more than a month and it feels very comfortable overall. The support of the springs underneath is very good. Some mattress can make the spring squeak when sitting or lying,but this mattress does not. The kids like to use it as a trampoline and they jumped on it several times without any damage. This mattress is extremely comfortable if you like a plush soft mattress. When I lie down, it envelops my body and relieves all pressure points. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the edges are a bit unstable. Meaning when you sit on the edge, you will sink a bit. That is the only thing I have to say that is negative.
