My son had this bike for 3 months and the back axle broke. My son weighs less than 80 pounds and had a Jetson for 3 years with no issues. Would not recommend this bike

    • Not what we were expecting….
Unfortunately this bike has not held up as we had hoped. We have had to make multiple adjustments and buy after market parts. The kickstand broke at the metal within the first month-this will need welding to be fixed, the screen stopped working within 2 months and the battery doesn’t last more than 6-7 miles. Our son is 14 and typically rides pavement or gravel roads. It is fun to ride but isn’t the quality we were expecting. ... show more

Bike has been riding since Christmas.. we had an issue with the an error code. I contacted Macfox and they responded quickly with a replacement part along with how to videos. Other than that the bike has been great.. Customer Service has been awesome getting back to me quickly. Thank you Macfox..

Terrible. Torque is terrible, doesn’t accelerate, lags when throttle is turned to max. can’t climb a 3 degree slope. A 500watts bike with peaks of 750watts shouldn’t struggle to move a 60lbs kid.
