We replaced a king coil spring mattress that we have been using for about 2 years. But the mattress with comfort and quality and a decent/affordable price tag were my screening factors for a new incoming king mattress. After some digging, we found this mattress around $300 that matched the criteria. The return for the mattress is very difficult and tiresome, so I was skeptical at first but after using for more than a month I am comfortable to comment in its features and mention in its review so that it helps the fellow buyers. We have been sleeping in this mattress more than a month and both me and my wife found to be comfortable. The packaging was good, convenient and compact in a box and it was indeed an easy set up. The mattress opens up with a simple cut with a small knife (provided) and after 48 hours of leaving it to be fully inflated, the measurements were almost as mentioned for the product. The material layers in the mattress is satisfactory for the comfort quality and back support for its price. In regard to the firmness level, it is a medium firm mattress. The back support for me and my wife was right (we both are 140-150 lbs) for its firm category but might differ for a different weight category. There is no sinking and tossing of another person sleeping beside and it is relatively stable with the medium firmness. And finally the price was perfect. For the cons, the side edges of the mattress is not evenly firm and might feel little soggy but its a concern in all of the foam mattress. As we did not utilize the the edge for sleeping, so no issues there. Overall, a good affordable and comfortable-medium firm mattress from Novilla that delivers a good night sleep without back pain. Sleep like a baby in an adult-like inexpensive price.

Very satisfied with this mattress! It was easy to set up, expanded quickly, and feels perfectly medium firm. It stays cool at night, offers great support, and has excellent motion isolation. I sleep comfortably and wake up refreshed — highly recommend!

Great mattress if you like a firm bed. I have a bad back and I find that it does wonders to help me get a good nights sleep and wake up refreshed. There is minimal sinking, and when you sit on the edge of the bed, you do not slide off. I highly recommend if you like a firm mattress.

The first time I ordered a Novilla 10 Inch King Mattress, I received a very defective unit. I have owned over a dozen memory foam mattresses, so I could tell right away that this one was defective. Still, I waited the full 72 hours to give it time to take its shape. Unfortunately, it did not. It was warped at all four corners, one half of the mattress was an inch shorter than the rest, the top was rippled oddly on one side, and the thickest portion of this "10 inch" mattress only got to about 8.5 inches. Side note: this was during the heat of summer in Florida. Reached out to customer service. They tried to make me return it. I said there's no way to stick this mattress back into a tiny box, and I commented that it seemed unusual they would spend so much money shipping a defective product back to them. They said it's okay, a driver would come pick up the mattress at no cost to me, and they had me complete a return form. Then I received a message that return delivery services for mattresses were not available in my area. So I reached out to customer service again and they said it's okay, I could dispose of the mattress and a replacement was on its way. No charge. I waited two weeks. The replacement finally arrived! I opened it up only to realize it was the wrong size. It was clearly a Queen mattress - and this one was also defective!! I had to repeat the entire scenario I detailed above, but instead asked for a refund as I was tired of the entire ordeal. Used the refund to order a different mattress entirely. I'm not sure what's going on with Novilla's quality control, but there is clearly an issue there.
