We replaced a king coil spring mattress that we have been using for about 2 years. But the mattress with comfort and quality and a decent/affordable price tag were my screening factors for a new incoming king mattress. After some digging, we found this mattress around $300 that matched the criteria. The return for the mattress is very difficult and tiresome, so I was skeptical at first but after using for more than a month I am comfortable to comment in its features and mention in its review so that it helps the fellow buyers. We have been sleeping in this mattress more than a month and both me and my wife found to be comfortable. The packaging was good, convenient and compact in a box and it was indeed an easy set up. The mattress opens up with a simple cut with a small knife (provided) and after 48 hours of leaving it to be fully inflated, the measurements were almost as mentioned for the product. The material layers in the mattress is satisfactory for the comfort quality and back support for its price. In regard to the firmness level, it is a medium firm mattress. The back support for me and my wife was right (we both are 140-150 lbs) for its firm category but might differ for a different weight category. There is no sinking and tossing of another person sleeping beside and it is relatively stable with the medium firmness. And finally the price was perfect. For the cons, the side edges of the mattress is not evenly firm and might feel little soggy but its a concern in all of the foam mattress. As we did not utilize the the edge for sleeping, so no issues there. Overall, a good affordable and comfortable-medium firm mattress from Novilla that delivers a good night sleep without back pain. Sleep like a baby in an adult-like inexpensive price.

I love this mattress. It did not require the full 48-72 hours to expand, but we let it sit for 48 hours. I did wake up quite a bit rolling over the first night, now, after a few nights, I don’t. We had a soft mattress, we both have back issues and decided, we would try a firm mattress. The first morning after sleeping an hour longer than I usually do, I got out of bed, no back ache, my hips were not sore and my neck didn’t feel like I had to pop it! It’s nice and firm, has the perfect amount of give and is overall a great mattress. I was hesitant of going to a memory foam mattress, but took a leap of faith based off reviews and don’t regret it in the least. A week ago, I was up before my alarm went off, now I am sleeping until my alarm goes off! Just a few nights and it’s a world of difference of sleep! I suppose I should mention, since other reviews listed it, there was absolutely no odor.

My partner wakes from the slightest movement and this mattress allows me to climb in on my side and as long as I'm not within like 3 inches from her the matters absorbs all the energy and she doesn't move or feel anything in the slightest. There is also essentially zero noise associated with this product. The height is tall and thick. It fits perfectly in my king sized frame. It's held up well, especially since I've decently followed the recommended rotations. The corners do seem as if they'd sit a bit lower if the mattress were to never be rotated, but with proper care it's been amazing and remained as comfortable and supportive as when new. It took a little longer to expand than expected, but giving it an extra day definitely helped. I highly recommend.

It is very comfy use it every day. Listen to the time duration of inflating. I was excited and didn’t listen. I would buy another mattress from the company. It is high quality as well. Great value as well.

The first time I ordered a Novilla 10 Inch King Mattress, I received a very defective unit. I have owned over a dozen memory foam mattresses, so I could tell right away that this one was defective. Still, I waited the full 72 hours to give it time to take its shape. Unfortunately, it did not. It was warped at all four corners, one half of the mattress was an inch shorter than the rest, the top was rippled oddly on one side, and the thickest portion of this "10 inch" mattress only got to about 8.5 inches. Side note: this was during the heat of summer in Florida. Reached out to customer service. They tried to make me return it. I said there's no way to stick this mattress back into a tiny box, and I commented that it seemed unusual they would spend so much money shipping a defective product back to them. They said it's okay, a driver would come pick up the mattress at no cost to me, and they had me complete a return form. Then I received a message that return delivery services for mattresses were not available in my area. So I reached out to customer service again and they said it's okay, I could dispose of the mattress and a replacement was on its way. No charge. I waited two weeks. The replacement finally arrived! I opened it up only to realize it was the wrong size. It was clearly a Queen mattress - and this one was also defective!! I had to repeat the entire scenario I detailed above, but instead asked for a refund as I was tired of the entire ordeal. Used the refund to order a different mattress entirely. I'm not sure what's going on with Novilla's quality control, but there is clearly an issue there.

Had this for about a month now, absolutely love it! Bought it as an extra twin mattress and now I love this more than my actual bed. I feel like it provides great support while also having just enough softness to it. I love it as a stomach or back sleeper, but it also keeps my hips from hurting if I do end up on my side. I've had zero back pain. Will definitely be replacing our king for one of these. The edges are pretty soft/sink in somewhat when just sitting on them, but thats not really an issue, just something to note.
