This bed is fantastic! It felt like I was taking a leap of faith since there aren’t yet many reviews and I’m so glad I did. It is sturdy and the wood is great quality in my opinion. Honestly gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. It was in good condition when it shipped. There was very minor splintering on the inside of both legs but it isn’t visible and wasn’t a concern for structural damage. Personally I didn’t want to go through the return/replacement process and decided to keep it as is! The limit does say 12” mattress maximum but we have a 13” king on it and it fits quite well. The size of the bed fits well within the frame, in fact there is a little bit of space around the sides but it does not move around. It is exactly what I was looking for. It has that mid century modern feel while still being very sleek and minimal, again it feels very study without being heavy. also like the ledge on the headboard, it fits my alarm clock and other small items. I’m very happy with my purchase!

It does not say what kind of wood. Works okay to me. Good design for easy installation. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately, the QA is lagging. There are a few long scratches in the central of the headboard, likely existed even before the painting. Because of the reflection, not clear in distance. So I just kept it.

Very nice bed-frame, high-quality and I put it together myself! If I can put it together believe me anyone can put it together. It is beautiful, simple and functional and it’s so well-made and so solid, much more solid than my previous bed-frame that I bought a furniture store. At first, I was really skeptical buying a large piece of furniture on Amazon, but I would definitely buy this again and recommend anyone to get it.

Very sturdy and well made and I like the solid wood. Would have given 5 stars except for the distance between slats is 4 inches when it actually needs 3 inches to properly support a hybrid mattress. I took away a star from 4 to three because after checking my hybrid mattress warranty I found the wood slats on a frame need to be at least 3/4 inch thick the slats with bed are much to thin at only 7/16 of an inch and were bowing which would have voided my warranty. Instead of buying replacement slats I just bought a bunkie board to go on top of the slats that came with the bed. So buyer beware you will have to spend additional money to be able to use this bed without fear of voiding the warranty of you mattress. My cost me an additional $109 dollars. So the bed ended up costing me $450 dollars. So check before you buy and make sure slats are 3/4 inch thick.

This bed frame looks great and matches the photos well. It feels sturdy and was a good choice overall. The only thing I don’t like is the Velcro used in the design—I would prefer a different way to secure the pieces. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it.
