I was a little hesitant to order a bed-in-a-box but this is a great mattress. It fits the frame perfectly, true to standard size for a kingsize mattress. It's firm, without being hard. You won't sink into it or feel like it's swallowing you up. Turning over is easy. There isn't much motion transfer, which is nice if you share a bed with a restless sleeper. It gives great support and I have had no back pain since I began sleeping on it. I've been told some of these mattresses smell like chemicals but there was zero odor to it, which is definitely a plus. It took maybe 12 hours to fully fluff out, was ready to sleep on the same day it arrived. Fits standard deep pocket king bed sheets. Excellent value all the way around.

I’m very happy with this Novilla 12 Inch King Mattress. It arrived well-packaged and expanded quickly after opening. The mattress is medium-firm and provides great support for my back while still feeling comfortable. I really like the gel memory foam — it helps keep the mattress cool at night, and I don’t wake up feeling overheated. Motion isolation is also excellent; movement on one side doesn’t disturb the other. Overall, this mattress feels high quality for the price. I purchased this mattress for a family member who was visiting and needed something cost effective. Box arrived in 2 days by USPS in a very small box because it's vacuum packed for easy transportation. We cut it open (carefully) laid it out on the bedframe and let it expand for 72 hours. Sure, you can sit or lay on it beforehand however the foam needs to reset and take shape before being used. Right from the get go it has no bad smell, was quick to expand and felt nice to the touch. I can't stress enough to people who want to use it right away. DONT!!. Let it expand and set itself for 72 hours. Yea, it will feel good within a couple hours, but it's not. Pros. No smell, small for move (while it's in the seal), firms up after 72 hours. Cons. Packing needs to be better designed. Cutting it off is a pain as it's not a simple tear design and you can risk cutting the mattress itself if you're not careful. 72 hour wait time can give people bad first impressions if they're not patient and let it firm up. The edges are not firm enough to support someone sat on the edge without sinking. I'm 5"7 and 136lbs. My inlaws are bigger than me and they said it was comfortable to sleep on and use but didn't comment on the edges likei did. Great value, comfy and worth the price. Just read the instructions and be patient. Do no use it right away.

We haven’t seen anything better than this. My husband says that this mattress fits his lower back perfectly. We bought the King size and it’s perfect: amazing size and amazing quality. It arrived perfectly packaged and expanded to full size within minutes. The mattress has the ideal balance between softness and support, and it contours to the body beautifully. We’ve both been sleeping deeper and waking up more refreshed. It also stays cool throughout the night, with no overheating at all. There was no weird smell when opening, and the overall feel is honestly like a luxury mattress. It definitely exceeded our expectations. If you’re hesitating — just get it. Totally worth every penny!
