Perfect Planner for ADHD Brain

This daily journal is perfect for my needs. Recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult going through menopause, I have been struggling to organize my day. This planner is simple and easy to use. I love the 30min intervals for scheduling. The bottom section has Meal Tracking, Water Intake, Mood and Health & Fitness and these are the main reason I purchased this planner. I am tracking all of this daily to see how new medications are helping. I highly recommend this planner for anyone wanting a simple way to organize and track their day.

Second time purchasing

This is my second purchase of this calendar, and I will definitely buy it again. I even gave a few as gifts and received mixed feedback, which really comes down to personal preference. I like that I can write in the date myself, which lets me use it at work only when needed and helps save pages. The person I gifted it to preferred having the dates already printed, so it depends on how you like to use it. The quality is excellent overall—the pages are sturdy, the cover is durable, and it’s easy to flip through. I will definitely be purchasing a third and even fourth in the future. Basic colors which I like.

Great Planner - Thin Pages

I love a lot of things about this planner - No dates so you can use it only for days where you really need it - Ring binding so it can lay flat/stay open - I love all the different sections and tips to help organize your day The only thing I don't like is how thin the pages are. I love writing with fine point sharpies, but they bleed through the pages and make it tough to use both sides of the page.

Ideal when your day to day is different everyday. My boyfriend is a relator, and this is perfect when his day to day is different everyday. When you could work everyday and also randomly have days off this is perfect since this is an undated planner, making it adaptable to you and your everyday and your particular needs. Slick, easy to write on paper, layout, 10/10 would recommend.

This planner is not fancy--it's simple. That is why I ordered it. I don't use it every day; just for those days with a lot of details going on. It works perfectly for those days when I have a lot of various tasks to organize in an orderly fashion. I don't have to worry about dropping the ball on anything from being scatterbrained when things are crazy-busy. The time sequence prevents double- or over-booking; and it has my errand route in the best driving order so there is no backtracking or wasted gas. The paper is a good weight. There is no bleed through with any ball point ink I tried; I don't use gel pens or felt tips in it. The elastic band keeps pages neat, without dog ears. I sometimes block-schedule a time period, then detail the tasks for that block in the 2nd column. Or subdivide the 2nd column for grouping like tasks, like phone calls or emails to complete. Nice flexible cover. Opens flat and folded back on itself.

Format good - wire binding too small.

Needs larger binding. The format is great, but there are too many pages for the size of the wire binding. It makes it awkward to turn the pages.
