It's very simple to put together by a single person. However it did not come with instructions. My suggestion is to start alphabetically with the exception of pole k. That attaches to the head board between C and D. And the washers go where both f's and both g's attach to the head board and foot board. Youll need rubbing alcohol to remove the stickers because they dont come off easy. Other than that it's great. Comes with the only tool you'll need. It's sturdy and light weight and We really like the height. With my 14 inch mattress it's comfortable to get off of in the morning. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I mostly picked it for the height, second by the price. It was the highest bed I found in the cheater selection. There 12 inches of clearance beneath it and the mattress sits on 14 inches above the frame. Build quality: I didn't think it would be as sturdy as it turned out to be. I really tighten it up when I built it and the joints are solid. Support: I have it holding up a combination mattress 10 inches of firm box spring and 4 inches of memory foam. So it's pretty heavy and it doesn't feel like it's wobbly. Looks great: I mean, it's metal poles with a textured matte finish. Very simple. Functionality: It's a bed and does bed things well. Storage space: 12 inches of storage underneath. Fit: My queen mattress fits great.
