A decent shelf and the size is perfect for my needs. Was a bit confused by the graphic instruction as no associated text or caption was provided. Took me around one hour to assemble; the assembled shelf was unstable at first but I was able to fix it by readjusting the foot pads. I used this shelf to keep small size indoor plants (less than 13 inch tall); the top bar design makes installation of additional lightings easy but it can limits the height of plants (or other items) that you can put on the top shelf. Not sure if removing the top bar would affect the sturdiness of the shelf but might experimenting it in the future. ... show more

Great buy! I was looking for ladder style shelves for my plant. I looked online at many different sheleves and various websites and decided to go with this one. This piece came with easy to follow instructions and was assembled in 30 min. It is well designed in that the screws match the iron work and screws are hidden under shelves.
