I was a little hesitant to order a bed-in-a-box but this is a great mattress. It fits the frame perfectly, true to standard size for a kingsize mattress. It's firm, without being hard. You won't sink into it or feel like it's swallowing you up. Turning over is easy. There isn't much motion transfer, which is nice if you share a bed with a restless sleeper. It gives great support and I have had no back pain since I began sleeping on it. I've been told some of these mattresses smell like chemicals but there was zero odor to it, which is definitely a plus. It took maybe 12 hours to fully fluff out, was ready to sleep on the same day it arrived. Fits standard deep pocket king bed sheets. Excellent value all the way around.

I just got this Novilla queen size mattress a few days ago, and overall I’m happy with it so far. Out of the box it expanded nicely, but after a couple of days it measures right around 9 inches instead of the full 10. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning if you’re expecting it to be exact. Sleeping on it has been comfortable. It has a nice balance between support and softness — not too firm, but not sinking either. I’ve been waking up without any soreness, which is a big plus. It also does a good job with motion isolation. I don’t feel much movement if someone else shifts around, which makes for a better night’s sleep. The mattress came vacuum-sealed and was easy to set up. It didn’t have much of a chemical smell, just a light “new mattress” scent that went away quickly. For the price, I think the quality is solid and it feels durable. I’ll see how it holds up long-term, but so far it’s been a comfortable upgrade and I’m glad I chose it.
