The cups can easily be pulled down to allow the breasts through, for even spicier fun. It comes with the matching panty, which isn't much of anything but still a nice added piece. The material was soft and it seemed well made for what it is. Everything but the bust fit me great and was really cute and soft. The top portion offers no lift whatsoever which I need. It only covered about 2/3 of my breast, and the part that spilled out was not spilling out in a way that made me feel cute. For reference, I'm 5'5", 180 pounds, a 38H, and typically wear a size 14.
