The box was so heavy when it was delivered, but after unwrapping it, it became more manageable. It expanded nicely and perfectly fit our bed frame. We waited a day before sleeping on it so it would fully inflate. It is SO comfortable and the top layer stays SO cool to the touch. The sides are strong, but be aware that the front of the mattress is not as firm as the sides when sitting at the edge. This shouldn't be an issue for most. Just wanted to mention that. The mattress is soft but firm. It looks great and we sleep very well on it. The springs are silent yet firm. It inflates rather quickly, but give it extra time to firm up. Support has been excellent. Purchased the king bed and it’s an Absolute comfortable bed, I’m a side/back sleeper who went from an air mattress to this bed and the comfort has me feeling like I was laying on a cloud- best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Not to firm but also not to soft, its just right. Product does have a strong pungent smell to it right as you open it, but nothing a little febreze gain fabric spray couldn’t handle. Def read the product instructions before opening you can hurt yourself if not cut open properly. Product expanded very quickly after opening. We didn’t wait 48-72 hours, we slept on it first night after about 6 hours of it expanding and didn’t have any problems. Also the product is very cool to the touch. So for hot sleepers this bed will keep you cool. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Def was not paying $1500-$2k for a mattress at MFirm so this is a very very good alternative. Ships UPS not Amazon. Also the box is long and very heavy!!! Ask someone to help lift or it’ll be a good workout. ... show more

I paid a little under $350 for this 14" King hybrid and honestly I’m still impressed every night I climb into it. I’ve been sleeping really well on this bed. My Garmin has been showing solid recovery scores and consistent good REM sleep, which is something I wasn’t getting regularly on my old mattress. I wake up feeling rested and ready to go instead of stiff or restless. For the price, the support and comfort are way better than I expected. The pocketed coils give it that nice balanced feel not too soft, not too firm and the gel memory foam top layers take pressure off my shoulders and back without that swampy memory foam sink. The cool-touch cover is a nice bonus too. I’ve been using it for few weeks now and I’m just happy with how it turned out. At under $350 for a full king hybrid that actually delivers good sleep and recovery, this thing is a steal. I’m very happy with this king-size mattress! It was super easy to unpack and set up, and it expanded nicely after opening. It’s been about 4 months now since I’ve purchased this mattress, and I’m still loving it! I recently decided to redecorate my apartment, and one of the first priorities was upgrading my bed. I’ve been sleeping on a full-sized memory foam mattress for YEARS. After I did some research, I learned that my sleeping style would benefit from something a little softer. The hybrid type of mattress was something new to me, I didn’t really have any examples to go off of when considering this versus pure memory foam or a traditional mattress. I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I was worried because although there’s a return policy, how does that work for a mattress that comes to you rolled up? It still felt like a risk no matter what. The other reviews seemed pretty positive, so I wasn’t too worried. When I got it, opened it, and slept on it for the first time, I had the best nights sleep in a LONG TIME. Be mindful that with its softer composition, it’s going to sink in a bit more than you maybe used to if you’ve had firm mattresses up to this point. Once you get used to that, it’s truly one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. It didn’t take too long to inflate, and the springiness is just right. No noises while shifting while adjust yourself upon getting in bed, or while sleeping as I’ve been told. I feel that the temperature regulation is solid, given that it’s partially memory foam, and partially springs, I think that offers so much more air flow that allows for greater cooling. The mattress was as advertised, but arrived defective. We like it, but are returning it due to the defect. When unrolled from the box it inflated quickly. We noticed immediately that the Euro top had ridges in it that would not go away. The foam under the top cover is bunched up and will not smooth out leaving "ridge lumps". The ridges are only on one side of the king mattress, so we can see how it is meant to look. The mattress feels great on the good side and we like it, but are sending it back to Amazon because the one side in not right. ... show more
