This sofa looks classic but it’s absolutely terrible to sit on. I’m about 5 Feet 2 inches tall and I weigh 150 pounds so I am not putting a great deal of weight on the sofa. But when you sit within 12 inches of the front edge or, God forbid, on a corner towards where the cushions meet in the center, you sink down to about 5 inches from the ground. It is terrible. The foam at the bottom bows out as it completely collapses to the floor. It already looks like it’s shorter in the front than the back, and you feel like you’re sliding forward off the front of the sofa when you try to sit on it. This is because this foam base does NOT support the front of the seat where the weight is at all. In addition, I question this company’s practices. Be aware! I tried to cancel this order about 2 minutes after I hit purchase and tried again about 10 times in a row within 10 minutes of hitting the buy now button after reading more of the reviews. The company has it set up to where you absolutely cannot cancel even if it’s two seconds after hitting purchase. After getting in contact with Amazon within 10 minutes of hitting the “buy now” button The Amazon customer service rep assured me that they could override and get the order canceled. They did not. It arrived at my doorstep 4 days later. Even though this product absolutely had not shipped when I tried to cancel, nor had it even come close, you are locked in. If you read the return policy carefully you basically have to pay to send everything back by size and weight. It’s really expensive to try and return it. You may as well keep the thing. I went ahead and let it expand it hoping for the best. But this is an absolutely awful product. If I could, I would absolutely return this for a full refund. I absolutely do not recommend boneless sofas. They definitely need bones. Don’t buy Into the hype. Hard Pass on this one.

I recently purchased the Novilla 138” Modular Sectional Sofa in Dark Grey, and honestly it exceeded my expectations for the price. The couch is super comfortable with a soft chenille fabric that gives that cozy “cloud couch” feel without being too soft or saggy. I really like the modular design because you can rearrange the ottomans and seating setup depending on the room layout. The Smarts Coil® support makes the seats feel more supportive compared to other boneless couches I’ve tried. It’s ok. There is terrible back support as the removable pillows are taller than the back of the couch. For this reason, I’d return if if doing so was actually convenient. The seat support is firm. Otherwise, it works for what I wanted. A larger couch for a family of 4. There’s still room for more when we are all seated. I hope the company releases foam molds to the height of the top of the pillows to make up for the lack of back support with the short overall back of the couch. *fingers crossed*
