I am beyond please with the purchase of this couch. Not only is it extremely comfortable, but it also is very supportive, light, soft, and easy to clean and take care of on a daily basis! This couch arrived in 4 separate boxes and all I had to do to assemble the couch was open the boxes and cut the plastic wrapping. The couch and ottoman instantly started to puff up to full size. The couch is made from soft high density foam that makes it soft enough to relax in but also supportive enough to sit in without feeling like you are going to fall. I love that there was no assembly requiring tools. Additionally, the pieces of the couch are able to be connected together by straps underneath. The couch is light, stable, and I feel like I got a great deal! As an owner of other Novilla products, I am always impressed with the high quality and low price and would not hesitate to recommend this couch to anyone looking for unmatched support and comfort with a modern look!

I'm delighted with this sofa 😍 The "cloud couch" type design looks super modern and elegant in the living room. The teat fabric is very soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I was surprised how spacious it is; it easily fits 3 people and it still feels spacious. The cushions are firm but comfortable thanks to the Smarts Coil® support, so it doesn't sink too much like other modular sofas. Another thing I loved was that it practically doesn't need assembly 🙌 Just open, arrange and that's it. Ideal for apartments or bedrooms because it adapts very well to the space and gives it a cozy and modern look. The gray color combines with everything and makes the room look more elegant. It definitely looks like a much more expensive sofa than it costs. I recommend it if you are looking for comfort, style and ease at the same time. 🛋️✨

This is another amazing product from Novilla! I already have several products from this brand, and once again, the quality did not disappoint. This sofa is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and feels very well made. The fabric is incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch, and I love how comfortable the cushions feel. It has that cozy, cloud-like feeling that makes you want to sit down and stay there for hours. At the same time, it provides good support and feels sturdy. I also really love the modern design. The dark gray color looks elegant and matches easily with different styles of décor. It completely changed the look of my living room and made the space feel much more cozy and inviting. Another thing I appreciated is how convenient it is. I was impressed with how easy everything was compared to traditional sofas that require a lot of assembly. Once everything was ready, I was extremely happy with the final result. I already have my bed setup from Novilla, including the bed frame, mattress, and bedding, so adding this sofa made me appreciate the brand even more. So far, the quality across their products has been excellent. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Comfort, quality, softness, size, and design all deserve five stars. We set this up in our main living room where the kids usually pile on for movie nights and afternoon lounging. I’m also uploading an unboxing/undoing video because the whole “expand after opening” process was actually pretty interesting to watch. The no-assembly setup made a huge difference since the boxes were easy to move through doorways and everything expanded on its own after opening. The boneless-style design also feels safer with kids around since there aren’t hard corners or exposed frames to worry about. We’ve already rearranged the sections a couple of times, and the modular setup makes it easy to adjust depending on whether we want more lounging space or regular seating. What stood out most was the balance between softness and support. The couch has that deep “cloud couch” feel, but the coil support underneath keeps it from collapsing too much when sitting for longer periods. Seat height feels comfortable to get in and out of, even for adults who don’t like very low-profile sofas. Once the sections fully expanded, the couch felt more stable than I initially expected for a foam-style modular design, and the pieces stayed in place reasonably well during normal use. The chenille fabric feels soft without being overly delicate, and so far it seems durable enough to handle daily family use. It’s definitely more of a relaxed lounging couch than a formal one, but for movies, naps, kids, and casual gatherings, it fits that role really well.

The back support comes up much lower than the photos show. We’re a little disappointed with that or else it would have 5 stars. Overall it’s really comfortable and cozy minus the back support really not being there. It’s simple to unbox and piece together. It looks really nice too and is big enough for our family of 4 to all have plenty of space to spread out.

**Caution to Buyers*** Item is not as described in pictures. If you notice in the pictures the couch is modeled with people leaning back without the couch being up against a wall. In reality unless this couch is up against a wall or supported when you lean back the whole back just collapses. There’s no internal support to hold you up. I called two weeks ago to return the couch but was offered a partial refund if I just keep it. I told the Amazon representative let me see if I can make it work and I’ll be back in touch as it’s at my vacation home. Today I spent a couple hours rearranging my living room to make it work and find a layout which allows the couch to be against a wall. I called to get my partial refund through Amazon with no help. They said that’s not an available option now even with it being in the return window frame. To make matters worse I called Novilla multiple times during business hours and left a message to try to come to a resolution and have yet to speak to anyone.

I am moving 8 hours away to a new town and what way to celebrate a fresh slate than ditching your old couch and getting a new one! I was a little concerned getting a couch from Amazon as opposed to stopping at my local furniture store, but the prices at the furniture store squashed that concern instantly. Who is spending $3000 on a couch. 1/3 of that is more reasonable. It arrived in 5 boxes. Setup was simple and clean and there was no styrofoam thankfully. The couches look phenomenal and I love the modularity. I think I even might buy some more single pieces from their store! My family came to visit and was asking me about the couch the entire time! It is so pleasantly comfortable and I am so glad I can fully sprawl out on the couch if I want to. I love it!

I’m genuinely confused by all the amazing reviews of this couch. I knew buying a boneless couch was a bit of a risk, but after reading so many reviews saying it was still supportive, I thought this would be a good budget-friendly option. I gave it the full 72 hours to expand before making a decision, but I honestly hate it. It’s not supportive at all. When I sit on it, I have to stay right in the middle of a section; otherwise, I end up sagging off the side or sinking into the gap between the pieces. The back cushions offer almost no support unless the couch is pushed up against a wall, which is exactly what I had to do after setting it up. On top of that, one of the back pillows has noticeably less filling than the others. I assumed it just needed more time to expand, but after 72 hours, it still looks and feels the same. The material itself is fine, it’s lightweight, easy to move around, and assembly was simple. Unfortunately, those positives don’t make up for how uncomfortable it is. I genuinely wish I had never purchased this couch. I honestly don’t understand how this product has so many five-star reviews. It makes me wonder whether some of those reviews came from people who received the couch for free or at a discount, because based on my experience, I can’t see how it deserves a five-star rating.
