I had recently purchased a simple massage table without any of the bells and whistles. This particular table was an older strong lite and required a different headrest insert with 11' between the pole inserts vs the standard 8'. This was a journey to find, but I finally found one, but it did not include the actually pillow, just the platform. I had several concerns, primarily with finding the right pillow size to match the old headrest crescent shape and keep cost low. I searched all over Amazon with the objective of finding one that would work, but also save on cost. I found this pillow, but the size was a concern. So I did additional research and discovered that universal pillows would work for all headrests. So I decided to order the pillow. I had read both positive and negative reviews on the pillows integrity, but the price was ideal enough to try it out. I am very pleased with my purchase and my clients have no complaints. I got this because I had Macula Hole surgery and had to have my face down for 4 1/2 days. Only problem was I couldn't sleep facedown on my bed with it. Needed to be able to adjust it a little higher. It was great on the TV tray. At least I could read a book.
