This is great and easy to config to the shape you would like. I can make a barrier on one part of my front yard which allows me to clean in a flowerbed and let the dogs outside with me. I’m currently renting a home, so building a permanent fence is not an option for me. I do, however, have a small backyard space, and a dog that loves to spend time outdoors. This fence is the perfect solution! I ordered the 16 panel option, and It ended up being even bigger than I expected. It was very easy to set up, though some of the panels felt somewhat cheaply made and don’t align perfectly. All in all, I think it’s definitely a good option for the price! My dog loves being able to hang out outdoors without a leash! The only downside is that she doesn’t seem to want to go potty in the space, so I may need to order some extension panels to give her more room. ... show more

We bought this because we have tortoises that we bring into the backyard when it's warm. They kept getting under the old wire fence we had for them. This is much sturdier and looks very nice! The little gate is nice too, so my kids can get in and out easily.

Having the new pen has been a game changer for our little Joe the Dog. It had been walk after walk all day and night before our neighbor told us about this pen. Since our initial purchase, we bought a second pen to elongate the area where he can now go outside and laydown in. Joe the Dog spends hours outside in his new place never wanting to come in. We bought this to contain our new tiny puppy from our larger puppy. In concept it works fine, but there are a few things I would change design wise. First - the poles that hold the sides together are too long. If they only extended a couple inches below the bottom connections they wouldn't scrap my hardwood floors. We did buy the potty mat to put underneath and this helps, but it goes on the floor and to the washing machine fairly often. It would also be nice to be able to firm up the shape you want by providing some sort of connector pieces so that once the shape is in place you can move it around without the poles coming out, the shape distorting, or having to lift it because it will scrape the floor. Tip for putting the mat underneath - lay the entire mat down inside your square then lift each connection point (you'll have to grab two panels at a time) and push the mat out from the inside of the square. Otherwise it's more than likely a two person job. The dogs do love it. They use it more to hang out in or chase each other around now that they are a little older. ... show more
