I've had this rug for a little over three months now, and I'm still just as thrilled with it as the day I got it! The colors are so very pretty - the pictures really don't do it justice. I wanted the "statement piece" of our bedroom to be the rug, and I perused for weeks before choosing this one. I was very nervous about some other commenters' issues with a smell upon opening, but thankfully, I didn't have this problem at all (and I have a very sensitive nose). I did purchase a rug pad to put underneath - to keep the rug in place and add some extra plushness, but the fibers themselves are very comfortable to walk on. They've held up like new so far. I've had the 8' round one for a year and a half. You'll need a rug pad on hard floors or you will slide a lot. The colors are vibrant and the feel is soft. Had I not experienced a flood, it would still be in my living room. It did soak up a lot of the flood water though! I'm buying another larger one to replace it. Happy with the purchase but it does have some weird smell after unpacking it. We had it for several months now and smell fades away gradually over time but still present.

I got this for a specific location and purpose... and really wanted to have the bright colors shown... what I received was just as bright as the pics! Minus 1 star for being a bit smaller than the 4' I expected, and the thin carpet did NOT want to flatten. If it wasn't pinned down in several places, I'm positive that it would still roll up. It's not thick and luxurious, but for the price I love it where it is and could use tape if needed. If you don't need the exact size listed, and want something that will arrive looking like it's pictured.... this is great! ... show more
