Perfect fit took like 20 min to put it on, easy installation instructions booklet. However the top i had did not work hahaha, should have just got the whole kit with top. Quality is ok for what it is, cannot compare with a $800 rail and dow kit, there all metal, this kit does have plastic door jams, but it was cheap and a good brand. Perfect for switching over to a soft top or just replacing what you have if needed! Everything lined up perfect and came with good instructions! The only issue I had is that two of the threaded clips that are used for holding down the frame where missed up, but I plan on replacing the bolts with stainless steel anyway! No biggie! But everything worked out and lined up perfect! I'm a happy camper! ... show more

    • 89 Jeep soft top replacement hardware.
This was a relatively easy project. The part's are mostly self explanatory except the tailgate bar. It was easy to assemble and install with basic tools. The adjusters work well. Overall I think the product is worth the cost. The Door's seal up nicely against the framework. The only drawback to this product was the manual had poor pictures so you could not identify what was there and the pictures did not show up much better online. The tailgate bar is not easy to figure out so I just didn't use it though I would like to be able too. The only thing I could figure out is that it would be for a privacy screen behind the rear seat. My rig does not have a rear seat. The weather stripping for the tailgate is good though and seal's the back up nicely so I do not really have to use the bar. I was not able to figure out how it goes on, so this is the reason I gave it 4 stars. Good product for the price. ... show more

To start, Do Not Buy This IF you have or had a Bow Assembly currently or before. This will not match up and you will have to replace the hardware you alredy have. The product is decent, however the snaps are hard as hell to get to snap, then they come apart very easily. The door frame pieces are made of palstic, and I would not expect them to hold up. Overall, I would not recomend this to someone with so many other options available on the market. I am returning mine. ... show more

    • Great value, not compatible with Bestop Replace A Top.
Package arrived quickly, thanks to Prime. Installation was a breeze, even with no help, instructions were perfectly clear and everything fit like it was supposed to. My only gripe is that the front part of the side windows of my Bestop Replace A Top don't have anywhere to attach to the frame. The instructions with the top say that they're supposed to slide into a channel behind the door, then zip in on the top and back. They zip in just fine, and it fits under the bottom channel as well, but without duct tape, the front just flaps in the wind, which pulls out the bottom part. Not sure whether it's a design flaw of the frame, or of the Replace A Top. ... show more

This was a great replacement for hardware on my 94 Wrangler YJ. I was able to use a replacement soft top with these (from another manufacturer) as well and it works great. Some drilling is required.
