    • Cement crumbles off easily
I ordered 2, and the bottom was damaged on the other. The cement is not cement, but a weird, cheap clay that crumbles off really easily. I returned both bc it looks terrible and if I bump it accidently, it will all crumble off

The look of the lamp is very nice, but everything is misaligned. If you want the cord in the back, there is a large seam running up the front of the "cement" part. The metal cap at the top of the cement is crooked (a little gap under one side). The lightbulb fixture part is angled to the side which makes the prongs that hold up the lamp shade crooked. The photos are from straight on, but it's even more apparent when standing at normal height. I can't easily bend them to be more straight and am afraid to snap something. Putting a small half-moon cushion under where the lamp shade touches the prongs doesn't help. ... show more

    • It works, but the cement is stained from moisture
This lamp works. ok. Great. But the cement, which is heavy- as expected, absorbs moisture from inside the box it is wrapped in and it is soaked into the cement base leaving a "sweat" stain. Nice idea... should have sealed the cement maybe?
