This had become a bit of a concern for me lately as I feel it is affecting the curl definition. But I used the sculpting gel and was surprised to find that it gave the curl definition without being crunchy as well as added volume to all my hair. I've only used the defnining cream once, though so far I'm also happy with it. When placed in the hand to apply, it feels very sticky and tick. I got the impression it was going to leave my hair very crunchy. Yet I didn't find any crunch with that either. Both items added definition, and volume without the crunch or flakes. Stuck on Cantu.. hair cream in bottle … cheaper and works better.. to hold curls ..I have straight hair & Cantù makes curls …that last several days … This works like kind of a Beachy lighter curl .. & you to pep it up the next day … with the cream & gel .. 🤷♀️… It won’t be replacing Cantù .. will use as an add in some though .. Pricey than Cantù also .. ☺️ ... show more

I actually love the smell of their products. I’ve used a lot of their products for years and it’s always just been an “eh” experience for me. I have pretty wavy and medium thick soft hair. I started using keratin shampoo and conditioner and I saw actual results from that unlike this product. But they’re still gon be my second best. So I think it’s worth ur money to give them a shot cus they were my number 1 for a long time ... show more

I like this hair styling combo. My hair is curly. First I put the lotion in my hair and then the gel. I then use a finishing spray. It keeps my curls and my hair does not get frizzy. I will buy again.

I use the shampoo and conditioners which I love but this FL humidity is a terror on your natural curls. Puff! I ordered this twosome and used after the leave in and my curls held up sooo nicely 3c hair.
