The snow cones came out nice a fluffy when the ice mold was used. Regular ice produces crunchier flakes. Only problem is the mold cracked after a few uses, so we aren’t able to get that fluffy snow cone consistency anymore.

Bought this product for my 12 year old daughter because she is obsessed with slushy’s and shaved ice. It’s so convenient and easy to use and super fun. We use it almost daily with Hawaiian shaved ice syrup. Not sure how long it will last but it’s been worth the money so far and certainly has paid for itself versus paying six dollars per shaved ice out of an ice cream truck. Additionally, we found plastic containers that we already had that are almost exact same shape, and size as the puck. So we can have about five different pucks freezing at once, and not have to wait for the one that came with the package to freeze. Highly recommend this product if you have kids who love Slushies etc! ... show more

Used it once and it worked fine. Threw away the packaging. However, upon second use, the top with the motor and cord jammed into the ice chamber and is never coming out again. Total piece of trash and is currently in the trash.

I love this machine!! My teeth are now such that I can't munch on ice cubes so since I've always loved snow cones and Shave ice, I decided to try this. I love it! You need to push the rotater down to shave the ice but it's no problem for me ( I'm a strong 66yrs old). Anyway, I'm addicted to this things ice now. For the price it's a bargain and I hope it lasts a long time. There is a cup for freezing a chunk of ice but I just use the cubes ice got. There's also one serving cup. I don't use it as I want more than that little bit it holds. I use this a few times a day and put whatever I want in it for flavor or just eat plain ice. I love the thing. ... show more
