I’ve only owned a few coffee makers in my life, because they tend to stand the test of time. This is the first I’ve owned that puttered out after 5 weeks. It makes a loud brewing sound but barely anything comes out and nothing is solving the issue. After barely a month I feel I should be compensated some how but they have a strict return policy. Okay...color and design are exquisite. So that is why I gave it a 5. However, the warming plate function is an issue. It cracked from the heat I believe. Works great! I actually got a replacement just by calling customer service when the last one stopped brewing coffee properly. It’s a beautiful machine.
