This unit is extremely noisy. Beginning to drive me insane. It heats an efficiency apartment very nicely provided you can tolerate the amount of noise coming from it. The glass front screen is very difficult to get all four points of contact on together and the rocks they give you cannot be installed due to the glass needing to be manipulated and the rocks falling out as you attempt to secure the glass. Poorly thought out and terrible execution in design. Glad i got this product at a reduced price (Used but good condition. Paid about 1/2 the regular price) because in my opinion it is not worth the full retail price they are trying to charge. And am going to need a different unit before winter is over because the noise is slowly driving my crazy. ... show more

Was excited to receive this. Opened box and began to setup for install. The glass panel shattered. At least this happened before installing the entire unit. Shipped item back right away.
