Very good contrast black. Can be greyish if layered on thin, but can also be a very deep black if laid on thick. Can really help deepen "abbadon black" for those times when it's struggling to cover. Cost is a bit stout, but this is one of the citadel products that I would buy as long as it's available and doesn't change. ... show more

I am really liking the contrast paints. They are good for quickly painting a lot of models. You can get better effects using the other paints, but if you're just looking to slap paint on some models and make them look presentable, then contrast paints are for you.
