The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is really beautiful and creates an amazing ambiance when you need chill and relaxing vibes. I placed it in my small esthetics/lash suite (about 10x10 ft room) and it’s the perfect size to cozy up the space. Clients ALWAYS comment on the nice space when they walk in. I don’t think they’d love it as much without this fireplace. The flame images are fantastic and the heat is nice, though I don’t turn heat on frequently since I put a shelf above it. I have not fully figured out the side light settings because as you click through the colors, sometimes it will be two different colors and I don’t know how to make them match (manufacturer, feel free to email me instructions if you see this!), but there are a few presets that are matching, as shown in the video and picture, so I’m not counting off any points as it very well could just be my user error operating it properly. I just need it to light up so I don’t care what color it is. Overall, It is wonderful, totally love it for the price, highly recommend. I have been using it for 3 months now and no problems. Installation is easy - just mount the track and it hangs, then screws to secure. No wiggle, very sturdy. I can lift it on and off the track myself, not too heavy, but not flimsy. ... show more

Easy to install, looks great, however the remote didn't work and it was impossible to get a replacement from both Amazon or the manufacturer. So that was a deal breaker. The manufacturer's contact information was not on any of the product packaging or instructions, and Amazon either didn't have it or would not give it to me. I searched all over the internet to try to find manufacturer contact information but had no luck. I chatted with Amazon for an hour and got nowhere. Even though it was sold by Amazon and on the product invoice page it states: Get Help From Amazon - Installation Help, Replacement Parts, Free 90 Day Support, they were unable (refused) to send me a replacement remote. So I have no choice but to de-install and box up the entire thing to send back just because of a defective 2" plastic remote. ... show more

I really did buy it for the looks but I was surprised that it doesn’t put off much heat. It exhaust the heat out the top but it never really heats up my bedroom and it’s not that big of a room. I have 8 foot ceilings and when I hold my hand up toward the ceiling to fill if the heat is rising I can’t tell any difference near the ceiling than in the room. This is my second electric fireplace. My first one did not have a remote control and I bought this one because I remodeled my kitchen. I really like the look of this fireplace. It is smaller than I thought but it worked out because I was not sure how it would fit in the space where my old fireplace was mounted. I love the different colors and the modern vibe. As others have said the heater does not warm the room like my first fireplace but I love it. Update: Actually the heater works better than I originally thought. I now put it on the highest setting.
