These are by far the best diaper for everyday use. They do just what the Description says they do. They have a super high absorption rate and can take multiple wets before they leak. They are pretty comfortable as well, they stay in place and don’t move around for the most part. I’m 6’0 and 206, I wear a size 36 to 38 pants size and a medium works great for me. I love that they have a extra tall leg guards and a second leg cuff to fight leaks. I would definitely recommend these, also if you need a little more protection add a booster liner and then your really good. This is my third color purchased from this diaper company. I already got the babyish white, the sissy pink and now the black diapers. These are very thick and absorbent. Make sure you put them on tight or else they will be bulky in your pants. You can pee in them several times before they even begin to leak, which is what I do because they are expensive. I use these mainly for sleep rarely for outings cause my bladder was damaged from my last job, but they can hold a lot and if you use liners for maxi's or just a pad in general you can increase it more but it adds to the bulk of the MegaMax depending on how many you use or where you place them if you center it. I've not had a leak yet, and when I sleep I myself feel very secure and comfortable the tabs have yet to fail me so far for me that is. I've put them on and undone quite a few times just to see if they did as advertised so far yes. I did have 2 of them do a Tab failure and fall off and one just would not stick but that happens to any and all tab style diapers I'm not gonna down grade them over it it happens. But for the price they are very worth probably better if bought in a case instead of a pack but if you are testing for your situation do a pack they are fairly discreet unless you add "fluff" to them and or padding really won't show through cloths if you where a baggy pants or shorts, kind of crinkly sometimes if the it's to silent but in public that is not a problem at all I've also yet to go to work in them so I have to hold some judgment until them but so far 4/5 great product!! ... show more

Ordered this product just to check out and review. I will add pictures later. I already have problems with incontinence, and I am only 48. With that I expect it will get worse over time. It's better to know ahead of time. Also, I hope to help others out with these reviews as I try each to see which ones are better. These are called MegaMax for a reason and should not be expected as something to wear around town unless you have major incontinence problems, due to their size and the fact it has a plastic covering. The sound can be muffled if covered with a tighter piece of underclothing. However, these were designed more for nighttime or someone with a handicapped child or someone who needs caregiving. - Hold a large amount of liquid, enough for at least 2-3 full bladders full. - Will work for side sleepers, if it is put on properly, ensuring no gaps are present on the edges. Does not mean they have to be tight but snug. - They do have a lot of room for fecal incontinence as well, so if that is a problem for you then, there is no need for you to worry. - Since they are large, it is not extremely easy to put on by yourself but can be done with practice. It will take time to get a feel for what works for you as with anything. The good thing is that the tape can be removed and replaced to fix a problem, if it is adhered to the thicker plastic part on the front and not softer portion. - It can block out some smell of urine but truthfully if you don't drink enough water, eat asparagus, or have fecal incontinence, it will break though. There is nothing out there that is completely sealable to stop this from occurring, but it will if it is not overloaded or if you drink enough water for your urine to be less concentrated. - Overall, this is an excellent product as all Northshore products have been so far. Mind you I have not tested all products and it will take time but look for more reviews in the future. ... show more

It has very good coverage fits well doesn't stretch out with wear so it stays in place comfortable doesn't leak all in all the best diaper I have ever worn definitely worth the price I ordered 2 packs and they also included some free samples so that was also very awesome!

I am an incredibly heavy sleeper, and wet very heavily at night. I also have IBS and take a lot of fiber to counteract the...erm, "symptoms". All I can say is that these diapers are AMAZING. I woke up SOAKED(and, unfortunately, something else as well 😕(sorry for the TMI)) and my sheets are completely dry. I couldn't believe it. NO other product I've tried work these well. That being said, after 2 wettings, these diapers SAG. At capacity, they sag quite a lot(I guess that's to be expected). The leak guards stay right on my legs(which is great), but do NOT wear these during the day. They are QUITE noticeable. All that said, HIGHLY recommend. They work FANTASTIC. ... show more
