My 2.5 year old grandson LOVES this train! (His grandmother also enjoyed playing with it!) Very sturdy and as part of the Brio collection - can be added to other sets to make as big a set as you want. The "hose" was a big hit as was the ladder and little driver that can be attached to the ladder.

I am quite upset that this product came with the shipping labels adhered directly to the product and not on an outer box. This is a gift and I can’t peel these labels off. It looks tacky. Plus it’s left on the doorstep as is in inclement weather.

Our son is 41 now. When he was 3 we purchased many Brio pieces bc he so loved to play with the tracks, bridges, people, etc. Now he has twin boys who just turned 3.
