This is the first time I have used a sculpted pan and I was afraid I would screw it up. I made this egg nog cake in it and it worked perfectly. It came right out with just some cooking spray. The pictures donโ€™t do it justice. I glazed it with egg nog glaze and dusted it with gold candy glitter and it looked like a winter forest with snow glistening. My family that came for Christmas were really impressed and it was so moist. This was so good. I was worried as Iโ€™ve had other bundt pan designs that stuck. I used one box of chocolate cake mix. Added chocolate chips. I baked for 30 minutes. I let it sit until almost cold. I popped it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. It came out absolutely clean. Topped with powdered sugar. This will be our new Christmas dessert. And my daughter will make a few for gifts. I made this cake for the holidays and it wowed everyone. I used a mix for the batter to save time and it came out perfectly. Be sure to watch a utube video of seasoning and use first as it is very helpful. Itโ€™s hard to clean but worth it.

What a great way to level up a Bundt cake especially around the holidays. Its a work of art, I love it. I read a prior review that suggested brushing your butter into the nooks and that was great advice. Itโ€™s a slight pain to clean those same nooks out but totally worth it.
