The quality of this pan is great - very heavy. I love how the design allows you to make perfectly even slices. My only issue with it is that it's a bit on the small side. I made two bundt cakes for Christmas - same recipe but using two different pans: this one and another Nordic Ware pan with a more traditional design. The batter fit nicely in the traditional designed pan but it came nearly to the top of this pan, just barely fitting. I still love this pan, and I think that in the future I'll just reserve a little batter and bake it in a mini bundt pan. ... show more

Nordic Ware is the only company I could find that makes and equally spaced fluted bundt pan. You cannot go wrong with Nordic Ware. It cooks evenly and makes a beautiful cake.

I never tried a bundt cake before but had no trouble with getting my cake out in one piece. This pan has a nice coating to help the cake come out and is made out of a heavy gauge of metal. I did still use spray--the manufacturer recommends using a spray that contains real flour. I think otherwise it gums up the finish on the pan. My cake cooked evenly and the pan was easy to clean. This is not a large pan like I thought it would be. It will on be larger enough for a 2 cup flour cake. All of my recipes are 3 cups of flour which fits the anniversary 12 cup pan. I like the pan I just wish it was large.

We are feeding a large ladies group, about once a month, so I wanted a pan that could easily portion a cake into uniform slices. The Party Bundt pan divides the cake into 20 easy slices. The problem that I encountered was the recipe that I used, had more batter than would safely fit in the pan. I have found that most cake recipes are for the Original Bundt pan. The Party Bundt cake will turn out smaller than an Original Bundt pan cake. If you don't mind having to discard or find an alternate way to use your excess batter, this is a great cake pan. I was making a from scratch recipe. I'm not sure how a box cake mix might fit. The Party Bundt pan is heavy duty and was pretty easy to clean when sprayed with Baker's Joy. ... show more
