Installed this gorgeous chandelier above my bathtub. It really elevates the room and makes it more spa-like. I am blown away by the quality of this chandelier. I saw a similar one in a design magazine & fell in love with it, but it was 10x the price. This chandelier is gorgeous - it was packaged well, had easy to follow instructions, and is high quality. This light fixute is gorgeous. It is the center point of the room and you can combine any and all colors to the room. I have some blue and green curtain with pink ties and it is so cute. I light i was able to put it on my dimmer and it can just luminate or i can blast colorful RAYS OF LIGHTS EVERYWHERE. I ordered the 2-Layer Chandelier. It is beautiful. Even prettier than the pictures. Had some trouble in shipping and in putting it together (one of long tubes doesn’t connect where it logically should, because of the wire, but I couldn’t verify because the instructions that come with it are for the one layer one). I messaged them and they responded quickly. After several messages between us, I learned that it isn’t supposed to connect- which seems like a design flaw, but it doesn’t affect functionality and you can’t see it when the glass balls are on. Several of the balls arrived broken, but I reached out to them again and they sent replacements that were really well packaged. They arrived quickly. I love it! It's a beautiful and unique piece. As others have mentioned, it takes some patience hanging all of the glass bulbs, but it is well worth the time and effort. It's a lovely addition to our front entry. I like my LED lightbulbs to be a warm color. The bulbs that come with this chandelier are 3000K, which would be considered warm. For some reason the design of this chandelier makes the bulbs look like a cooler white. So, I ordered replacement bulbs that are 2700K. It's only a slight difference (2700K is the lowest available), but I do prefer them. ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase. Easy to install and gives me the perfect preppy coastal vibe I am going for in my home. Perfect size for my breakfast area! The instructions aren’t very detailed, but are fine if you’ve put up lights before. I used all of the bubble glasses in the box. Added the large ones first and filled in the smaller ones. They all fell into place. Skip adding small ones to the bottom to keep the waterfall shape. ... show more

Where do I start? Chandelier arrived before Thanksgiving and it took me about 3 hours to put it together - the wire hooks are very irregular (either too tight and they don't fit on the Fram or too loose and the balls fall off the frame in the process of installing their neighbors) - so in the process I shattered a few glass balls and had to clean up. My fingers were hurting from installing the hooks and my arms were asleep from keeping them up in the air for so long. Finally I was done and turned on the light - there was a click and the lights went off - I called my electrician, he came and explained that the wires inside the chandelier were not properly insulated and caused a "short" - this visit cost me $70 dollars and he said I need to get a replacement part. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new insert with bulb sockets. But in the meantime it was Thanksgiving so I had to reinstall the old chandelier. Finally today I spend another 3 hours putting the chandelier together. Very flimsy, again I lost a few bigger bulbs due to quality of the wire hooks - I am dreading to think how I will dust it (I am sure balls will fall off) or how long it will take to change the bulb. The instructions on you tube are not specific - by trial and error I discovered that you need to start on the bottom and mix the balls as you go along. I like the look but the quality of hooks makes the process of putting together unbreable and maintenance will be a problem. Do not buy unless you have a lot of time on your hands, need to destroy your manicure and need a lot of aggrevation. I do not think I will keep it..... ... show more
