I loved the range in size. The tiny ones proved to be very useful when mixing solutions in small amber bottles. All of the magnetic stirring bars work well and fit our needs. I initially wanted at least one long bar, but am glad for the sizes that were included in the set as I can mix and match to fit my needs. I definitely recommend this product if you find that you're in need as it arrived rather quickly. Storage and clean up are a breeze! With more time, I can provide an update on the durability of the stirring bars as we haven't had them to use for an entire week. ... show more

The price is just about right. The bars all appear decently made, though the Teflon appears it may be just a bit porous. Can't yet say how they'll do in long service. The tiniest one is *really* tiny, I can't imagine ever using it. I used one of the midsize bars in a recrystallization already. Did its job. This pack came with micro stir bars or beads that won't work with my cheap magnetic stirring hotplate. The bigger ones work great though. I'll probably use the others as magnets on the fridge, lol.

These have held up and worked very well on multiple stir plates. This material can withstand high temperatures for sterilization without any noticeable affects that I can determine. Great product, gets the job done right with zero complications

Wile I don't use every one of these bars, I am glad I bought the set. After some trial and error I found bars that seemed most appropriate for the volume/container I was stirring. I have used them in as small a volume as a 50ml beaker to a 5L Erlenmeyer flask. Of course, your stir plate has to be up to the task. Would not hesitate to purchase this set. ... show more
