    • Good ladder but I had to fix it after the second time using it.
I bought this because it will fit in the trunk of a car to be used offsite. It works very well BUT I had to fix it after using it twice. The last rung of the ladder is only attached with plastic supports that are kept in place by dimples in the aluminum tube. The plastic support slipped over the dimples and then the last rung of the ladder was crooked. I had to use a mallet to put it back in place and secured it with PL construction adhesive. Much better now that it has been repaired and modified, Overall, a good product but could be better made. ... show more

You’ll notice in all of the product pictures that they don’t show the hinge portion of the ladder when it is fully extended and someone is standing on it. That’s because it bows terribly. It is super unstable and a pain to extend and collapse. Waste of money. Too late to return it and there’s no way to contact the seller. ... show more

    • Easy to use, very flimsy. The buckle that is used to lock the strap was broken.
The buckle used to lock the strap and keep the ladder folded properly and tucked away was broken upon arrival. The ladder overall is a good ladder and is easy for use to fold in a small area and make for easy storage and carrying. It can open and close easily. The ladder does tend to bow in the middle at the hinges when a person is on the ladder. ... show more
