Caught my pb 149lb Bluefin tuna fishing with this line (multi color). The line didn’t break during numerous runs the fish had, while scraping the sides of the boat, while tangling with numerous fellow anglers lines, and most importantly, while applying heavy pressure on the line using the rail as extra leverage.     • Broke 15lb braid with my hands (New Review 11/13/2020) Please read

The media could not be loaded. Edit 11/13/2020 After making this review, I contacted the company about this. They asked for a video of me breaking the line with my hands and I sent it to them. They replied back saying they believe I got a faulty batch of line and asked for my address and they would be sending me out a spool of line for free. On top of that to replace my lures I lost they let me choose 2 from their line up. When I got the line I did the same test wrapping around my hands with gloves on and tried to break it. It was 10x harder to break, and this time my hands were hurting and had grooves in them. I've been using the spool they sent me heavily throwing it as if I threw any other line. It's held up really good! Very pleased with their customer service. It is great line after all! This is suppose to be 15lb braid? I just broke it with my hands. Thanks to this line I lost 2 chatter baits which puts me out about $25 in lures. First time I broke the line casting I was like eh maybe there was a fray in the line. Second time had me thinking. When to go test my uni to uni knot and broke it with my hands. Do not buy! ... show more

Not quite as strong as it says but pretty dang close... biggest con is that it’s not abrasion resistant. I’d expect better quality for premium price but it is what it is. Colors don’t fade fast but they come off easily from friction. Good for light decorative use on a spinning reel

I can't give much of a review because I haven't actually used it yet but.... I did test the breaking strength and it performed better than expected. Also the colors don't bleed at all so that's a big plus. Can't wait to try it out. The only bad thing about it is not Nomad's fault. I ordered 600 yards of 40 lb but received 30 lb. Luckily the 600 yards will still fill my reel and 30 lb test just means I'll have to finesse the fish a little more. Overall still happy with my purchase ... show more
