I returned this product because the cup was larger than expected. I have other bras the same size that fit me well, this one has too much room in the cups. I tried it on as soon as I received it and I noticed there was extra space in the cups. For some reason I decided to take the tags off and keep the bra anyways. I washed it, wore it. Then decided that I should have returned it because the extra room in the cups is too much. I went to Amazon to return it and it was so easy - they offered a "Returnless Refund". I'm happy with how easy that process was. I am reordering the same bra with a cup size smaller, because it is VERY comfortable. I'll be buying more once I am sure that the smaller cup size is right for me.

Love the bra because of the padding and structure without an underwire and the thicker soft shoulder straps, but the elastic around the chest starts to loosen/ weaken quickly. They sent me the wrong size the last time I ordered - so make sure you check before you wash and wear.

This bra was a great price and I’ve liked Bali bras in the past. I tried it on and it was really comfy. However, the cups bunched in the middle and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get them to lay flat and not show through my shirt. I was sad because it was really comfy. I don’t know if the bra just wasn’t compatible with me or if I chose the wrong size or what. The straps and band fit great and the cups fit but they bunched up. I returned the product and chose a different brand that I have been really satisfied with. It’s a bummer that this one didn’t work for me.
