I am very dissatisfied with this purchase the item does not assemble. After trying to assemble this item for a few hours it seems as if it’s defective. The swivel mechanism will not attach to the chair at all with the screws I was sent. I want a full refund Update: I was given a full refund through Amazon for this product. I ended up paying $191.92 for shipping this cheaply made product that did not assemble back to the seller warehouse. To add insult to injury I have been harassed by this seller, with numerous calls, to take down my bad review. They even tried to pay me $100 which would not even cover all the shipping cost to take down my review . I just reported this seller and dealt with Amazon after the shady tactics and I was issued a full refund for the product and my shipping cost through Amazon. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product or anything else from this seller. As for this seller stop contacting me. I will not take down my review and the next step is going through Amazon/lawyer for harassment. You have been warned! ... show more
