We had a few small capacity incubators but I have been needing a large capacity incubator for quite a while and I'm super glad that I went with this one! Not only is this price absolutely outstanding, but all the features that you get for this price is what makes this a game changer! Not only does this include automatic egg turner that will turn the eggs for you so you don't have to do that everyday, but it also has humidity display as well as easy temperature control, and an egg candler! You can easily watch the development of the chicks with that along the way. I have already tested this out for over a week and it has perfectly held its temperature all night long every single night. This is also very well made in a very high quality incubator as well. None of the parts feel very cheap or easily breakable. Definitely feels nice and heavy duty, but also lightweight enough that you can maneuver it where you need it to be without any issue. We are getting a large amount of eggs in that need incubating in the next week two week and a half and I am super excited to be using this incubator! The controls are very self-explanatory, but this also comes with a manual that is very easy to read and understand if you need any help with setup. I love that this displays the humidity level and the temperature level so you can keep track of all of it. The one downfall is that it is in celsius. But you can easily Google what temperature you need it to set at from Fahrenheit to Celsius and it will tell you so that is not even on my radar as an issue. This definitely checks all the boxes I needed it to and I'm ready to give it its first non test run in the next week! Definitely think this is one of the nicer high capacity incubators that I have seen on here! And for this price you really cannot beat it! The lid is also clear plastic so you and your Littles will easily be able to watch when the eggs are hatching which is an awesome bonus! So. The instruction manual doesn't really go into much detail, it has the basics. I've currently got 23 eggs incubating but I'm 14 days in and wanted to combine them into a larger space so when I stumbled across this incubator I had to snatch it up. Set up was pretty straight forward, as others have mentioned it is in Celsius only but that wasn't a problem. My problem lies with it did not want to maintain a temperature of 38°C when set on 38. It was always fluctuating between 37.7/37.8/38°. I bumped the setting up to 38.1°C and it has held constant at 38° now for 1.5 hours. I like how large the space is inside. It holds all different size eggs, the automatic turner seems to work well. So I'll check back in, in 7ish days to see how my hatch went. ... show more

I thought this was it I wanted to love this. The fact that is not able to change to Fahrenheit can be over looked. The problem is the display screen is so cheap it was coming apart before I even turned it on and pressed the test. Oh and if that's not enough, it doesn't stay plugged in... Yea it doesn't stay connected! After 2 days I looked and was like what in the world it was off... Pressed the chord in the side of the unit and it came back on. So I'm just hoping and praying that it wasn't for a long time being off not that it matters much because it doesn't make good connected it does it constantly. Someone needs to fix this defect or flaw whatever you want to call is other than poorly manufactured garbage. ... show more

Overall, it works well. Humidity control is a little erratic but that just may take some time to get used to. Temp is in Celsius only from what I found but I can live with that. I do like that the alarm points for humidity/temp are adjustable. You do have to make sure the lid is seated properly on top. I would also recommend using the styrofoam that comes with it to stabilize the temperature and avoid big swings. Egg turner works well and rotates every two hours. The egg holders are sized for chicken eggs but I raise quail and it seems to work fine for that too. ... show more

I really want to like this incubator, but I am not completely sure yet. The instructions for how to operate the incubator are lacking a lot. I was able to get it working, but it took a while and a lot of guessing/assumptions. The temp can’t change to Fahrenheit which isn’t the end of the world, but it would make things easier. There also is no way to change the humidity other than trying to control the water in it. Overall I like the incubator I just think it needs some improvements. If have any updates I will update this review. Update: after using this incubator for two weeks I really don’t like it. It is completely impossible to control the humidity it will hold at 75% anything else is impossible to obtain. If it gets a little low the humidity goes to EEE reading I am assuming error, and you can’t shut the alarm off at that point. Update and final thoughts I have given this incubator a couple stars back. While I really hate the interface and the uncontrollable humidity level I did end up with an 80% hatch rate which I am completely ok with. I think some improvements need to be made, but I can’t blame the incubator for being terrible when I get an 80% hatch rate. Overall this incubator works, but I would still probably get something different if I was looking for another one. ... show more

I'm using the fifty-five egg incubator with humidity control from my own personal use to hatch chicks to expand my chicken form. I like the durable build and construction of the egg incubator. I like all the features that come with the fifty-five egg incubator. I would advise to claim the incubator very well after using. I would say that cleaning the incubator is a breeze. I feel that the price is worth the investment. The egg incubator worked perfect as the manual says. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good priced and durable incubator. ... show more

Be aware it's LARGE! It holds a lot of eggs so this is ideal for anyone breeding for food. Set up is a little hard to put everything together but when it's done it is easy to use and function. All in all it's a great incubator!
